I am Dr. Abdalla Esam Abdalla Elshikh, an orthodontic specialist from Sudan — and a technology obsessive since I was a child.
I took my Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Sudan, then a Master’s degree in orthodontics in the Philippines. Dentistry and technology grew up together in me: all the way through I kept building — first websites, then something far bigger, a game of my own. GTA was the spark. It made me want to build a world, not only play in one.
I started game development from zero. No studio, no team, no course: self-taught, piece by piece, with some help from AI along the way, until the whole thing stood on its feet.
My dream for it is bigger than a game. I want Dentist Dream Simulation to grow until it can stand as real training — a place where dental students in every university practise before they reach the clinic, and where specialists keep their skills sharp. Together we can get it there.
